Demonstration text for a fictional business. In this demo, Velvet Hour SL, Carrer dels Banys Vells 7, 08003 Barcelona, hola@velvethour.example, acts as controller of the personal data collected through this site, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
What we collect and why
When you reserve a table or send a private hire enquiry we ask for your name, phone number, email and the details of your visit. We use them to manage the booking, to contact you if anything changes and to keep a record of attendance. The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested.
How long we keep it
Reservation data is kept for twelve months after your visit; enquiry data for as long as the conversation stays open and twelve months after. Data needed to meet tax or accounting obligations is kept for the period the law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the providers who host the site and send our confirmation emails, under contracts that bind them to confidentiality, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to restrict or object to its processing, by writing to hola@velvethour.example. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
