The room

Dark green walls, a long brass bar and lighting kept low enough to lose track of the hour. Music stays at a level where a conversation does not have to compete with it. We seat twelve at the bar and thirty across the tables and the lounge at the back.

Carrer dels Banys Vells 7 · El Born
  • The brass-lined bar counter under low pendant lights, a bartender stirring a drink in a mixing glass
  • A coupe glass on dark green marble, condensation catching the light
  • The lounge corner: velvet banquettes, a low table and a single candle
  • A jazz trio playing in the corner, double bass in the foreground, the room half lit
  • Backbar shelves of bottles, lit from below, reflected in an aged mirror
  • The doorway on Carrer dels Banys Vells at night, a thin line of light under the door
